Do you provide a quote before inspection?
Yes. We review the garment, fabric, and requested fit before confirming the scope and quote.
Can you use my own garment or materials?
Yes. We can work from customer supplied items, and any additional materials are quoted separately when needed.
Is there a final fitting when I collect my item?
We offer a fit check at collection, and any small final adjustment is handled carefully within the agreed design.
How long does a redesign project usually take?
Turnaround depends on the project, but redesign work is usually planned within ten to twenty business days after approval.
