When a concept is approved, the work follows a clear scope with written details and a realistic turnaround estimate. If additional materials are needed, they are discussed separately before any extra work begins.
We also review customer-supplied materials and check the finished garment again at collection. That final review helps confirm the fit or finish and allows small adjustments within the agreed design.
