Some pieces call for a simple fit update, while others are better suited to a full redesign. Dresses, skirts, shirts, jackets, and selected vintage items can often be reworked into a more wearable shape, depending on the fabric and construction.

Thoughtful redesign starts with the fabric you already have. We review construction, condition, and fit limits before shaping a clear project plan.

Upcycling can also create smaller projects from leftover fabric, such as accessories or detail pieces. When a concept depends on extra materials, those items are quoted separately after the review.

We provide a written scope before work begins, and any additional changes are approved before they are made. A final fit check is completed at collection, with careful adjustments handled within the agreed design.
